Participants are kindly invited to book their room directly. Early booking is highly recommended. A limited number of rooms have been blocked in the hotels listed below. They are located in the city centre, in walking distance from the venue. When booking, inform the hotel that you will be attending the LHCP 2018 conference. Bookings are made on a first-come first-served basis. After the expiration date, the availability of rooms is no longer guaranteed. The rates below have been negotiated with the hotels, but you may want to check whether online booking is more convenient at a given moment. Given ranges refer to different types of room. Additional hotels with no dealing and close to the venue are also reported.

if you are travelling by car, bear in mind that in certain areas the access to the city centre is restricted and electronically controlled. Ask the hotel for information when booking, as they can provide an access permit for your car. If the hotel is located within a restricted area, the vehicle access permit should be for free. However, note that parking in the city centre is not for free. Ask the hotel for information to book your parking as well.
